Kevin Timmermann established Heartland Homes
in 1994. He has been in the homebuilding industry for
18 years
in both Illinois and Missouri. A graduate of Southeast
Missouri State University, Kevin is a member of the
National Association of Homebuilders. Beginning with
custom home construction, Kevin went on to complete
several successful single and multi-family communities
in the St. Louis area. Joined in the business by his
wife, Terri, also a graduate of Southeast Missouri State
University, Heartland Homes continued to focus on creating
functional, superior designs offering a comfortable
living environment.
Kevin’s insistence on quality
workmanship and attention to detail enables him to provide
